Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports apparel or footwear you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
